After 20 minutes you should taken protein, fat, multivitamins, Carbohydrate and everything.You must eat carbohydrates so that your insulin will emerge. This insulin will not let your muscles shrink.

Best source for fat is peanut butter, fish oil, Badam, Kaju, anything you can eat for fat.
